| Glenn Ullmann—President |
Glenn Ullmann graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Finance. Glenn attended flight training and then flew on active duty for seven years, including missions during the Iran/Iraq War as well as a three year tour as a flight instructor. While stationed in Oklahoma, Glenn earned his Master's degree in International Affairs from the University of Oklahoma. After leaving the Air Force in 1992, Glenn joined the office of Smith Barney in Jacksonville, Florida. After firmly establishing himself as a leader in asset management, financial planning and client education, he was hired by Robert W. Baird & Company to open and manage their Jacksonville office. Under Glenn’s management the office grew from two to thirty producers in five years and was responsible for over $300 million in client assets. In 2002, Glenn and his partners started Ullmann Financial, serving affluent investors with financial planning and investment advisory services.
Glenn has lectured to investors and professionals throughout the country regarding the need for discipline, simplicity, optimism and the power of professional advice. His book, Landing a Smooth Retirement, further discusses these issues and the role they play in successful financial outcomes. Glenn passionately believes in education and service. He resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with his three children. Glenn is a member of the Financial Planning Association® of Northeast Florida

| Deanna Calabrisotto-Brown, CFP®—Vice President Financial Planning |
Deanna Brown, CFP®, was born and raised in the Northeast before moving to Jacksonville along with her family in the early 1990s. She was awarded a scholarship to attend the University of North Florida. Pursuing her passion for finance, she worked for GE Capital while studying for her degree. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, she was actively recruited by Merrill Lynch to work on their mutual fund pricing team. Quickly promoted for both her expertise and work ethic, Deanna became an offshore mutual fund trader, where she was responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in international trades daily. Deanna realized that her strong desire was to work more closely with individual clients in the goal setting and the financial planning phase of their investment needs. This led her to Robert W. Baird and subsequently Ullmann Financial where she has had the opportunity to pursue her passion as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional. Deanna lives in Jacksonville with her husband, William, and enjoys volunteering for the Jacksonville Humane Society and First Coast No More Homeless Pets. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northeast Florida and also a board member for the Financial Planning Association® of Northeast Florida, dedicated to promoting the growth and value of the financial planning profession..

| Emily Williams—Operations Manager |
Born and raised in Alabama, Emily earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Alabama. Emily began her career in the investment arena when her two children were in high school. She is well versed in numerous areas of financial planning and has worked in many capacities within the industry. At New England Financial, she established a practice that focused on financial planning and goal management for professional women. Subsequently, Emily specialized in investment advisory services, including annuity purchases, for the Merrill Lynch Financial Advisory Center. However, her desire was to return to a more personal level of client contact which brought her to Ullmann Financial in 2002. Emily is committed to delivering above and beyond client expectations and has her series 6 and 7 securities registrations as well as Life, Heath, and Variable Annuity Licenses. She has been a resident of Ponte Vedra Beach for over eleven years with extensive church and community involvement. While Emily is very proud that her son and daughter are now both Florida State graduates, she remains passionate about Alabama football. Emily also enjoys walking on the beach with her dog, reading, and playing golf with friends.

| Rhonda McDonald |
Rhonda McDonald joined Ullmann Financial in March 2006 as an administrative assistant. She was previously employed by Allstate Workplace Headquarters for ten years. Rhonda brings with her many years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping and superior customer service. Rhonda is responsible for the administrative functions regarding the “The Abundant Lifestyle Approach™” for new clients, preparation of the “The Financial Progress Report™” materials for existing client reviews as well as managing cost basis, assisting in opening new accounts, billing and excellent client assistance to name only a few. It is a matter of personal as well as professional satisfaction that she is a part of seeing that the Ullmann Financial Team will be ready, able and capable of achieving the individual goals of each client.
Rhonda resides in the Intracoastal area of Jacksonville with her daughter. Her son is proudly serving as an Airborne Ranger with the United States Army.

| Carol Ackis |
Carol retired from BellSouth with 31 years of service as an assistant manager supervising employees in all aspects of their responsibilities, including job performance, attendance, sales and customer service. She began working at Ullmann Financial in August 2007 and brings with her strengths including computer skills, teamwork, making decisions, taking initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and communications. She is excited about the challenge of working in a new field and aspires to help the company grow. She lives in Jacksonville Beach with her husband, Ken, and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time with their children and granddaughter.
